Individual Development Program (IDP)
The CSA IDP Program is our premium individual development program for U13-U19 players competing primarily at the ECNL, GA or MLS NEXT level who aspire to play college soccer and beyond. We also have a selective IDP Program for high level college and pro players.
In-person sessions are held at our private training facility in Wexford, PA.
Unlike traditional team training, the IDP Program focuses specifically on the needs and goals of each player. Through their personal profile in the CSA IDP app, players can establish development goals, identify target areas, receive individual feedback and track their progress over time.

Program Features:
-
A personalized development profile in the CSA IDP app
-
Individual goals and identified areas for improvement
-
Access to CSA’s private training schedule
-
Access to weekly IDP Pods with a maximum of four players
-
Video and game analysis to analyze target area for development
-
Individual assignments and development work
-
Ongoing feedback and progress monitoring
Players may book up to two private sessions per month and one IDP Pod per week. Training sessions are booked and purchased separately and are subject to availability.
IDP Pods
IDP Pods combine the benefits of individual development with the pressure and decision-making of a small group. Each session is shaped around the needs of the players attending, allowing coaches to reinforce individual targets while creating realistic, game-related situations.
Why Players Need an Individual Development Plan
As players get older, development becomes increasingly individual. Different positions, strengths, weaknesses and long-term goals require more than a one-size-fits-all approach.
The IDP Program helps players:
-
Understand exactly what they need to improve
-
Train with greater purpose
-
Receive consistent individual feedback
-
Connect their training to game performance
-
Take greater ownership of their development
-
Work toward their school, club, college or professional goals
Who Is It For?
The program is designed for committed players at U13 and above, who compete at a competitive club level and have ambitions to play in college/professionally.
Remote participation is also available for players who cannot regularly attend training in Pittsburgh.
